Wearable over any of your existing black dresses/crops/gowns/jumpsuits, it goes over any fabric as it is made out of neoprene which comes with its own subtle sheen. Worn best over matte/shimmery/sequinned garments.
PS: This comes with hooks and eyes at the back to give you more leeway while wearing it. The back is open for more comfort.
